Recommendations to put Active Directory Dev environment under change control

OCS is actively being used as a pilot yet maintenance is required - maintenance windows should be considered this week

The Change Control Team needs to develop a template for: requesting changes, forward schedule of changes; rollback planning

The change control project team has produced a working DRAFT of a process that should be looked at for implementation in our business model.Ê We need to discuss how to pilot the model.Ê Feasibility concerns - considerations discussed include the possibility of having EOLT from the District office assist in morphing the model into something that is easily assimilated.Ê We are aware that the notion of changing business processes that are not well documented in the minds of the players is difficult.
